The farm's warranty is divided into two parts as follows:
1. Serious contagious diseases are covered for 30 days, including Parvovirus enteritis, Coronavirus enteritis, and Canine distemper.
2.1 Genetic diseases are covered for 2 years or 730 days from the date of purchase, including patellar luxation, black skin disease, and cryptorchidism in male dogs.
2.2 Three general diseases are covered within 2 years or 730 days from the date of purchase, including pyometra, cancer in dogs, and rabies.
2.3 For dogs priced between 25,000-39,999 THB, 50% of medical expenses will be covered. For dogs priced at 40,000 THB and above, 100% of medical expenses will be covered, provided the farm's conditions are met.
3. The farm will not be responsible for diseases not listed in sections 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 under any circumstances.
4. The farm will not be responsible for injuries or accidents under any circumstances, including falls from heights.
5. The farm does not guarantee any diseases for dogs purchased for resale.
6. The farm will not repurchase dogs under any circumstances.
7. The farm will not cover any expenses if the customer fails to follow the farm's conditions or takes the dog for treatment without the farm's consent. The customer will not be entitled to claim medical expenses retroactively, and all warranties will be voided under any circumstances.
8. In cases of death where the cause cannot be determined, the farm will not provide a warranty, even if the death occurs within the warranty period.
9. If the customer fails to comply with the farm's conditions and procedures, it will be considered a forfeiture of all warranties from the Hero Pom farm.
10. After receiving the dog, if the dog shows any abnormalities from the first day, you must immediately notify the farm and follow the instructions strictly. The farm will monitor the dog's condition periodically. The customer must report the dog's condition if it worsens. The farm will take the dog back for treatment until it recovers, under the care of the farm's veterinarian. During treatment, the farm will update you on the dog's condition and send clips to report the progress.
10.1. If the customer is too far away for the farm to provide the services mentioned above, please contact the farm at any time to report the condition and take the dog to a nearby veterinarian. The farm will monitor the condition and treatment with the attending veterinarian.
10.2. If you do not follow the initial instructions and take the dog to a veterinarian on your own without informing the farm first, it will be considered that you do not want the health warranty from the farm, and it will be regarded as a cancellation of the warranty conditions. You cannot make any claims or take any actions that could damage the farm's reputation (whether on social media or otherwise), as the agreement has been made in writing. If you take any actions that harm the farm's reputation or are untrue, the farm will take legal action and sue the buyer according to the law.
